I show project was completed and issue with stone is from an accident or non- covered damage. We did go inspect and offered estimate for insurance repairs.

On 10/16/23 we entered into a construction agreement with Safety First to remodel and extend our home. With an agreed upon start for 8 weeks. Since this date we have paid $109,000 towards getting work done on our home. We added additional bath and siding work on 10/24/23. With a start of within 8 weeks. As of today 4/4/24. No single project is fully completed. The projects that have been started all have issues. On 11/20/23 they stated the extension will start ‘in a couple weeks’. As of today it has still not started. They keep telling us in a couple weeks. They keep pushing stuff back and leaving stuff half done. We had to stay in a hotel for 5 weeks as the home was unlivable while remodeling part of it leaving holes in the floor that led into the basement and debris everywhere. My yard is full of siding, trash, floors, wood panels and has been since Nov 2023. Communication is abysmal. When asking about extension or when next crew will be working on next items no response will be received or a text will be received that does not address our original questions. When asked how our money has been spent so far a ridiculous email was received inflating cost that was quoted by three times. When this was pointed out, we were told to not paid attention to the cost as our quote was all in package. Constantly being asked for extra funds despite the fact that we’ve already paid it was agreed-upon of the 80% of the total package requirement. Leaving the final 20 should have been requested at the end of complete construction when asked for communication on dates of further work all outstanding work and issues were completely ignored. They have missed their completion timeline that they promised of March 2024 they promised multiple times to be completed by March 2024 as of today April 4, 2024. Nothing is complete. Even with the new outline of the extension work received yesterday April 3, 2024. Nothing will can be complete until mid to late May 2024.Business response

We have tried to satisfy the homeowner by making several change orders, adjusting agreements to add additional projects and communication through texts, emails, and phone calls. We did have hold ups based on weather and shipping but reached out on all occasions. We were met with homeowners and agreed to hit milestones ie.. flooring by a certain date and accomplished that time frame. We tried several time to get together in person to adjust agreement and time frame and these attempts were refused by customer.Business response

I requested to visit with homeowner in person several times to no avail. We we’re working on project at the time we were told to stop. I originally was working with ******* as My Understanding was she was the homeowner and communicated via text, email, and In person. We definitely pushed to hit milestones as discussed. Again the customer requested we not return even though crews were scheduled.

Complaint: ******** * ** ********* **** ******** ********We do not want them to work on the house at all. Between the poor work they have done so far and that they never registered with my city nor pulled permits I do not trust them to keep working or to fix anything.
