We purchased a new (to us) house last summer, and soon discovered it had not had much updating done to it. It needed new windows, new siding, and a new deck. We had Safety First put in new windows and new siding on our previous home, so we decided to use them again - and boy did we make the right decision. We started by doing the new siding and windows. We could tell the difference in the house right away - it was much quieter, and much better insulated. We couldn't feel the cold breeze coming through the walls anymore. And with the summer heat, we never moved our thermostat about 72, and yet the house felt nice and cool throughout. And we LOVE the color - a nice darker gray. We got several bids for our deck next, and Marty with Safety First not only came in with a great price, he used some of the newest materials in the market. It is a composite deck, but it is much cooler on the feet then our previous deck was, and doesn't appear to be slick when it rains - something we were worried about. They even went with the crazy design we wanted to make our deck be two tiered. The deck is amazing. The people who owned the house before us drove by to visit the neighbor, and said they didn't even recognize it as the same house! We love all the changes and will definitely call them if we decide to do more work. Great job! Mary P

From beginning to end the process was easy, painless, and stress free. We had new siding and gutters put on. Jim went above and beyond to put my mind at ease at every turn. He's very knowledgeable about the products and explains them very well. Corine in financing is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable about how to make payments work within your budget. Everyone involved in this company are such a breeze to work with. We had no idea how bad the dry rot had gotten. Now our house looks like a brand new build! The crew that did the work....oh my lanta where do I begin. Firstly they are surprisingly very quiet for doing construction. Bit of a language barrier, but we were able to find a way to communicate what we had concerns about. Only time I asked them to change something was when they left some stuff on my neighbors yard. I brought it up to the crew and it never happened again. For my fellow military families, they do give a military discount! My husband and I are already talking about future projects to do with this company. Overall they deserve more than 5 stars.
