I placed an order through the drive through, received the order and an item was left out. I went into the store to retrieve it and that interaction was fine. Got home and a BLT that was ordered did not have tomato. I called and the manager said she might be able to deliver a sandwich, I gave her my address and she said it was out of their delivery range. I live less than a mile away from the store. I then said I would like a refund and I would bring the food back, the manager agreed. I returned all items to the store and received a cash refund. I had paid off of a pre paid **** card, same as cash. I was fine with the refund. Then the next day 01/20/2023 I received two fraud notifications saying my card was trying to be charged to that store. I called and then was told they tried to take ***** because they didn't like my attitude from yesterday and then they tried to charge the card again for ***** because Justin said he didn't want me to have free food. I never got any food and returned it all. Then the three employees committed fraud by trying to charge my card. I have the audio call recorded, they admitted to fraud very blatantly.
