The team of Black Sheep Roofing has accompanied us as homeowners for the past year and would be our first choice again and again for any roofing, gutter, or siding needs! In 2022 Melissa came out to take a look at our house after some storm damages on our roof. She was super friendly and knowledgable and in constant communication with us about where things were at and how they were coming along, whether it was planning the work or insurance/claim related things. In the process, Black Sheep Roofing was nothing but outstanding from start to finish. Our insurance was dragging their feet badly. Initially, we got denied for any claims regarding our roof and attachments but Melissa fought for us and against their decision, sending in more evidence until we got an approval. Their team was very hard-working when they fixed our roof. It was a hot day and their workers worked really hard to get the roof done as quickly as possible but also with eye to detail. After our roof was replaced, we had a long wait due to our insurance ghosting us. Melissa kept checking in with them to no avail, so finally we ended up deciding it was time for us to get involved again. When we finally got ahold of someone at our insurance company to clear things up, we were able to get our gutters approved as well a whole year after our claim had been made. Fernando and his worker came out the week after the approval and Melissa came by in the evening to make sure everything had gone well and all work had been finished. Fernando and Melissa are both very caring. They truly care about their workers, their customers, their work, and the quality of work they deliver and have been an incredible asset to our family and home. We can highly recommend then to anyone looking for a reliable contractor, because let’s be real: they are so hard to come by! Black Sheep Roofing truly deserves the 10/10 from start to finish!
