      I spoke to this collections agency today 3/6/2023 trying to settle the debt that was turned over by ******** ********. This company has outright violated the The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Lisa threatened to sue me, stated my property and all assets would be taken or obtained if I didn't pay it in full today, because the courts would rule in their favor. She then would put me on hold and say that she could accept a lower amount but I only had until 3pm TODAY to give my banking information. She further harassed me to provide credit card information or she would turn my account over to the attorney to sue me if I didn't give her the information by 3pm. This debt is almost 3 years old! Why not just accept the $*** that I was willing to pay, when that is ALL I can pay??? Why in the world are you KNOWINLY violating my rights??? ** ********* ***** *** ****** **** *** ** *** ** *** ******** ****** *** ** *** ***** *** Everyone is falling on hard times and I was trying to do the right thing by calling and setting up a plan with this company. We have absolutely no savings and this company is causing me and my family deep mental and emotional anguish! Furthermore, after my phone call with this company, * ** *** ************ ***** ******* *** demand that they remove this debt immediately. Failure to do, will result in my filing a suit for direct violation of the The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

      It is unacceptable. I was also notified that this "debt" has now been sold to another collector. 

      Your company would rather push it to someone else than to take responsibility for your companies actions.

      In January I received a letter from this company giving me notice of an outstanding medical bill. This letter had no amount listed no did it tell who the creditor was or the account number. I tried calling in three consecutive days no one answered the phone. Today I received another notice this time listing the accounts and amounts. I double checked and a payment I made to a dr's office did not cover this invoice. However, there is no way to pay the company. No website, no pay by phone. Nor to they provide a mail in slip. Basically, you can't pay them. It is 2022, if you don't have employees answering the phone, can't send out letters with complete information, or have a website to make payment then you are not reliable and look like a scam. Oh and the message says they will call you back within 7 business days...this business is *************.
