On 03/30/2024 we placed an online order for dinner. There was a missing item (crazy bread) and the owner said that we had to drive back to him for a replacement. We asked to have the item refunded but he stated he does not have to do refunds and he has plenty of customers. I didn’t know that it is legal to charge for something you didn’t receive. Ultimately it is $4.99 plus tax but it is the way the owner handled it. I have never requested a refund before at his business. So I think this is his policy and I’m not sure how he gets away with it.Business response

We just got this letter in the mail and we are in the process of further investigating this issue. We have reached out to the Consumer as well for more information.
