The rooms I rented were not safe or healthy and I left facility didn't stay one night there was no smoke detectors no phone open electric wires open rooms that were I unfinished and full of health hazards and safety hazards nothing was clean including sheets and toliet was unsafe to sit on . I complained to staff and the next thing I know I'm being kicked off property and charged 7 different times for two rooms I didn't even sleep in it's disgusting and should be closed to publicBusiness response

Per hotel policy, guest who do drugs on property, the police are called and their stay is terminated. There is a no smoking policy, if you are found, there is a $*** charge associated with that, this policy is posted upon check in at the front desk and on our receipts. The smell of marijuana was coming from the room where minors were staying in, the manager confronted minors and proceeded to mother's room, then per policy the manager contacted police. Police officer arrived, then the manager and officer went to minor's room, officer proceeded to say, "Yeah, that is marijuana." Then mother came out of room and said "That is delta 8" despite it still being illegal to minors in the state of ********. Officer and manager advised them of their terminated stay, and informed them of 30 minute evacuation. Officer stated that if family was not out in 30 minutes than manager had the right to call once more to evacuate them. There was no more contact between guest and manager but as the guest were leaving there was belligerent behavior displayed despite there being other guests in the lobby area, family continued causing a scene. After departure, staff checked out the rooms, to find them completely trashed and marijuana on the table. (*** ******** ********.) The guest are now harassing the manager through reviews and private messages, the guest has been in contact with the owner, and the owner will not issue a refund due to policy.

Let's see police report there isn't one because the cop didn't smell anything and this manager in fact is wrong the owner offered to make it right my bank refunded my money to me after they investigated the incident so she in fact needs to talk to owner cause she isn't right at all
