We went to look at a van. The vehicle was good, but as we had been looking at these vans and looking around at cars a lot I asked if they could go down any on the price because it seemed high for the mileage that the van had. I was told lets try to get the loan first then we will look at the price. I should have known when they said that. They advertise $**** down, but they do go through our bank and our bank has never asked us for a down payment. She got the offer from our bank and said because of our credit they want $**** down. I thought it was weird cause its exactly what they advertise. I said I wanted to talk to our bank, because it might be something with the vehicle. She said it was not anything to do with the vehicle and asked us to run it with another bank. Stupidly, we agreed. That one did not go through. We told her we wanted to talk to our bank before we do anything else. Or bank showed us the offer and said this is what they sent the lot. They wanted **** down because as I thought myself it was over priced. Then we get a text that they ran it credit again and can do 695 down. We texted to so running our credit, but they did again anyway. They claimed they were only trying to help us. They seemed awful desperate to dump that van on us. We got a loan on another vehicle that was ************ and the lot still went down even further. Their excuse for continuing to run my credit was that since I signed the credit application they have the right to keep running it. Never had any other financial entity do that in my life. They say their vehicles are more because they repair the vehicles. Ive seen reviews that say otherwise. Each bad review they conveniently reply that the person must have the wrong car lot because they arent in their system. Be wary about doing business with these people.
