Aug 20, 2021 I purchased a vehicle that I was told by Adam (salesman) had been inspected by a mechanic. He also sold me an extended warranty. Which I was told by Adam was the Gold package top of the line warranty. Within 2 days the check engine light came on. The vehicle needed 02 sensors. replaced. Within 2 weeks the brake sensor light came on and the vehicle needed front brake pads and rotors in both front and back. At that time the mechanic shop also advised the vehicle was 1000 miles overdue for an oil change. Over the next 3 months the check engine light came on 3 additional times and it is now not drivable as it needs valve replacement. I submitted this work to the warranty company and it was denied!!! The warranty company Informed me that I do NOT have the Gold standard warranty ( which is what I was told I was purchasing) I have a basic warranty. When I told the warranty what I paid they stated it sounds like I paid (even more than what they charge) for the Gold warranty but that is not what warranty they have on file for me. Now I have no vehicle to drive until I can come up with $****. It also has 2 broken control arms in the front of the vehicle. All of these things would have been known if Adam did indeed have it ore checked by a mechanic. I am also not happy I paid MORE than the cost of the Gold warranty but got a basic warranty
