      In September this year, I ordered lawnmower blades from this company thru ******. They were advertised as the correct blades to fit my Gravely mower which has a 60" deck. Each of the three blades of my mower are 20.5" in length. What I received are blades that are 17.75" in length. Much too short for my mower. I contacted the seller and asked for a prepaid return label. They sent an unpaid label. The lowest possible return fee is over $30. Since it was their mistake, I do not want to pay return shipping. I asked again for a pre-paid label. They refused. I went to ****** for help. ****** promises a 5 day resolution guarantee. After more than 2 weeks, no resolution or progress on the matter had been made, despite hours on the phone seeking help. My ****** account is now and forever deleted.

      I purchased replacement mower blades In February from PAE through ****** for $*****. ****** order number; ******************* PAE directly provided and shipped the order directly to me. The seller sent the incorrect blades. I ordered and paid for42" blades. They sent 46" blades. They were not what was clearly described. I did not discover their mistake until late April when I tried to change the blades once all the snow was gone. I tried to get PAE to correct their mistake but they have totally ignored me. ****** will not intervein because I didn't discover the mistake within 30 days. Sadly ****** and PAE gave me the runaround for over a month before completely blowing me off making this even more aggravating. One would think that PAE would strive to make things right but doing nothing seems to be easier than exercising a tiny bit of integrity. I even offered to pay for the return shipping so that they were not out anything but as before I was completely ignored. Would it be so difficult for PAE to say "Oops. Sorry. Here is a return authorization and we are sending out the correct blades..." All I want is the correct blades but PAE will not do what's right.

      02/11/2023. Purchase was made from ****** on for A Part # of ******** which is a scalp wheel kit with hardware. It shows to be 6 wheels with hardware. I received only 1 wheel and no hardware. Called ****** about the issue. Well it's a 3rd party vendor. So I was told that I would receive an Email. I got the Email but could not open it. I have a lawn service and really needed these parts. I can't get anyone to respond to me. I just need what I paid for. But it looks like I got scammed. *** ******* *** *** ************ *** *** **** ***** So it's really not a good way to conduct business.
