We had 2 bathrooms on the main floor remodeled in 2020. We subsequently have had a leak from the master bathroom shower. It was determined to be the drain pipe had loosened and it was repaired. In the last 3-4 months we have noticed another leak. We have had a plumber come out and determine it was not the pipe that is leaking. We have looked at the subfloor through the basement drop ceiling and now we have mold growing on the support boards and subfloor. We took a thorough look at the tile in the shower and have noticed there are several cracks, holes in the grout. I have reached out to the contractor, Mike ***** several times. He has not returned my calls. There is supposed to be a 3 year warranty on all his work as advertised on his website. I just want the problem fixed. It looks like it could cost us upwards of $***** to fix and/or replace the tile floor in the master bathroom. We paid $****** for this renovation and I don't feel like this is the way this should be handled. I will look for the contract and see if I can attach it to my complaint at a later date.
