This washing mashing has been leaking for several months, every single day. We were unable to be present during service call due to being gainfully employed. When called after receiving a 'no leaks' determination, was told to close door tighter (impossible). Was also told heavy duty cycle was ran twice, but machine was on quick cycle next day (not our regular cycle). Continues to leak each and every day. Not our first problem with this company; just our first official complaint. Thank you.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/01) */ This is a 9 year old washer that we worked on in 2015 for the same problem. We did replace a part at that time and had not been back to work on it until now. We discussed this service call with the technician who diagnosed the washer. We feel there may be a misunderstanding involved with the situation. When we asked the technician about the phone call, he stated that he told the customer that he cleaned the buildup on the rubber seal around the door so it should shut tighter, also that he ran 2 cycles, he did not state which ones, and after watching those 2 cycles run he did not find evidence of leaks. We were never informed that the washer was still leaking, we would have gone back to repair it. As it is they were only charged for the diagnostic service call and mileage, and not charged labor for the time the technician spent watching for leaks. We try our best to ensure machines are fixed, but service is not an exact science and problems can re-occur after we have been there. This is why we have a 30 day same problem guarantee, if the same issue occurs within 30 days of our technician being there we will come back out at no charge to the customer except any parts costs that may be involved. We just have to be told about it within 30 days, which this customer did not do. We did call within a few days of the non repair, and definitely were not informed of the 'we will return' policy. My husband spoke with a repair man at the time, who repeated that there were no leaks and to 'close the door tighter'. Thanks for the reminder that this machine started giving us problems when it was two years old.
