    $416.73 on 4/23/24 was charged to my credit card for a pool service opening contract and service that was finally completed after 3 visits to my house by technicians and already charged to my credit card on 4/13/24 for $375.98, the service cost was $340 plus parts and supplies. This company has made up a service back in September which never occurred, sold me many parts over the years for my pool which I found out should not be sold due to the fact that the pool mechanisms are not made to be fixed or have parts replaced and now they have charged my credit card twice for the same service and will not refund my money.

    Would give zero stars if possible. This company used to be reliable but they have since hired new staff - especially the new services coordinator - and they are horrible. We spent weeks trying to schedule maintenance, had it scheduled then they called to reschedule over a holiday weekend because they had overbooked (I'm fairly certain they did not actually schedule us in the first place). The technician apparently came and did something, but we got no invoice, no follow up and no confirmation that the work was completed. When I returned after the holiday, my spa still leaked and would not start. Clearly no effort was made to even fill the tub or to power it on. After getting no response from Seasonal Specialty for weeks (the services coordinator does not check or respond to voicemail) we finally were told via email that our account was placed into collections (this was about one month after the alleged service was completed) even though we never received an invoice. The service coordinator repeatedly lied about contacting us and then sent our invoice to collections to cover her backside -- even though they never completed the work and didn't fix the tub. We have since spent over $1500 to have the tub properly repaired by a reputable vendor. Stay away from Seasonal Specialty Stores, they are dishonest and very, very bad at customer service. Eric and Anna, if you read this, your staff is terrible and your reputation is spiraling down the drain. You need to hire better and manage better.
