Could not complete our order for 16 balloons in 2 hrs. Which is fine. It was a last minute order. When my wife called to cancel (after he said he couldn't have them ready in time) he was very rude and unreasonable to her. I called to cancel the order after hearing her talk to him. He was rude, short, and lied about what my wife said to him on the phone. When I said I wanted to cancel he threatened a $25 cancellation fee. When I told him I will call my card company to dispute the charge he threatened to fine me $100, with a $50 late fee and 18% interest if I filed a dispute. Who the **** does he think he is? . Read all the online reviews. This is not an isolated incident. I'm going to be contacting the Attorney General to file a formal complaint as well. Just blows my mind that this is all over 16 balloons and $36.
