On Aug. 27,2021 My Paving company did agree to a contract with ***** ******* to completely remove his existing old paved driveway as well as adding/extending to the right side of said existing paved driveway by an additional 8'w x 64'L and within that additional area existed a lot of tall weeds, sandy and rocky topsoil and two old tree stumps. The written agreement for the "add on" section was to dig down and dig out 12" of those materials, some of those materials were to be used to bank the new updated pavement and some of it hauled away. I hauled away two truck loads which left me less than one load on site,  as for the two old stumps I Definity recall that I discussed this with ***** * that no one would accept stumps for fill anymore compared to the old days.  Thats when we discussed that I could bury them where he had an above former pool removed and that area was his current "catch all" full of very old firewood, concrete blocks, bricks, very tall weeds and so on.  He verbally agreed to me that that made sense and then said OK.  To me, when he said that is when I scheduled this project for mid Sept. 2021 which was a couple day project.  I personally cleaned up that "former pool section" roughly 20' to 24' in diameter of all of those existing items which I mentioned then I dug with my excavator to prepare a depth deep enough for those two old stumps. Once the stumps were broken up by my excavator and packed in place, I then proceeded to use some of the clean fill from his driveway add on to level it out the very best that I could. I thought to myself after that part of the project was completed that it looked at least 90%  better than when I got there.   After the entire project was completed, I asked **** * if he was satisfied with the outcome, and he said Yes he was, then that's when he wrote me a check for the balance of the project. I said thank you and was on my way feeling satified that I made another customer very happy with my work.

      Sincerely,

      Dan B***** -owner
