#1) Signed contract and weekly service contract dated 03/24/2022. Contract was not completed as outlined and services were incomplete. ( I will forward a copy of the signed contract as I had difficulty sending with this document) #2) $ 600 for opening pool. Initially, was quoted $300 but was informed pot cleaning that it was $600 ( due to size of the pool and debris etc) #3) The outline of contract: Work description-each and every service duty outlined was NOT completed and never at any time did the work person stay for 1 hour but weekly informed us that he " was very busy and only had 1 hour) There was no vacuuming, brushing or balancing of water done. #4) It became obvious to us that he had no idea how to maintain this pool. He never cleaned the large filters on his last day ( broken contract) and was unable to diagnosis ANY issue or question. I would have expected that he consult a partner or colleague but that never happened. We purchase a pool heater for $3500 and was told to have the propane " turned on" which we did for $700. Following, he was hook up the heater to the pool but allegedly there was a missing piece. The following week we were told that he did not have time to pick up the piece and we would need a electrician to complete the job. The $3500 heat remains unattached. There was always a reason/excuse of what he could do or not do and we never seemed to develop a mutual working relationship. I called him a couple of weeks ago to re establish that we had a mutual contract however I was told that we did NOT have a contract and that was the last conversation and no further empty visits.Business response

We did not have any weekly service contract with this customer. We have a weekly service agreement it is no obligation for either party. This particular consumer does not have any agreement with us. She in fact owes us $360 I would be happy to provide invoices. It is standard and was clearly explained to the consumer when a heater is installed a licensed gas company and electrician will make the final connections at your expense. We performed over 3 weekly services add at a cost of $360 for free In an effort to help the consumer Who owns a broken pool and is in a bad situation. It is a straight up deformation of my character to say that I do not have the experience to diagnose the problems. This consumer was very unreasonable and made passive aggressive threats. We have upheld our end And are not obligated to perform work outside our means we work in 1 hr blocks she wants more time and in the same breath says we don't know anything...... This consumer contacts me almost daily on my personal phone and it is basically harassment at this point. I will consider this a deformation of character based on the lack of supporting information We are entirely capable and made a decision not to work for this customer we have told her this before. Any further contact will at this point be considered harassment And expect litigation to follow.
