            Estimate said “thoroughly clean all asphalt services prior to Sealcoating. Includes edging grass lines, cleaning with wire brooms, High velocity blowers and or Hot air Lance”. Camera on garage that shows entire driveway proves that this cleaning was not done. as a result, there is a lot of leaf litter, twigs and other debris stuck under the seal coating. When I contacted the company I was told “they will come and look at it the next time they are in the neighborhood”. When a customer has an issue with workmanship, you immediately respond to see what the issue is. When a customer has paid in full, you immediately rectify the situation. You do not tell the customer that you will get around to it sometime in the future when it’s convenient for the company. very poor workmanship and customer service. I do not recommend this company.

            JPL sealed my driveway. Issues developed with the quality of the finished product. Work performed in April. By July there was still no resolution.

            JLP received a call that they had driven on the driveway and tire marks were left. There was no issue with the application or product we used. However we did offer to touch up that area, free of charge, the next time we have a crew in that area. We have not since had any routes in that town, and we do not send a paid crew for a redo if it was not the fault of the company, we stop by when in the area and that has always been our policy. We do have this request still active and waiting to return there, or the customer can purchase a touch up job if it is needed sooner.
