    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to seek legal assistance and to file a complaint against Peachy Med regarding my recent experiences with their medical services, specifically involving Dr. K**** and Dr. A***. The events that transpired during my visits have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the professionalism and ethics of the staff at Peachy Med. My first appointment with Dr. K**** took place on May 12th at 9:30 am. During this consultation, I was promised a prescription for Ozempic, a medication I required. However, I was also offered the opportunity to use a beach body machine, which I declined, expressing my preference to try the medication first. Despite my decision, I was charged a fee of $200 for this visit. On May 30th, I underwent blood work as per Dr. K****'s instructions. Two days later, I discovered that my insurance covered the medication, allowing me to start taking it. On June 13th, I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. A*** at 12:30 pm. During this consultation, Dr. A*** informed me that I had high cholesterol and proceeded to give me a suggestive wink. I found this behavior highly unprofessional and inappropriate. She proceeded to send the prescription while I was present in her office. Upon checking out and scheduling my next appointment, I was requested to pay another $200, despite being previously informed that follow-up visits would be free. The situation took a further turn for the worse when Dr. K****'s son, Daniel K****, started loudly discussing my prescription in the presence of other patients and office workers. He informed me that if I did not continue paying $200 per month for the beach body package, they would no longer fill my prescription. Daniel K**** explicitly stated that I would not receive the prescription that Dr. K**** deemed necessary for my high cholesterol and low vitamin D deficiency.     Avoid this office at all cost. Completely unprofessional, from the doctors to the front end. My personal experience with this business is horrible. If you need more proof, read their responses to their negative posts they receive.

    Ms. *****, You have been criminally trespassed from the property, left without paying your bill, and have been asked to refrain from harassing the company. We kindly ask that you discontinue from harassing the company and employees. Please discontinue contacting the clinic unless it is to pay your overdue bill.
