I have purchased from this company before and never had an issue. I placed an order in May for items, which I was charged for. However, I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. I waited a few days, then sent an email. I did not get a response. I tried again, as well as calling the phone number listed on the website. I am not getting any response from the business regarding my order or a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this business which was unfortunately stolen from my mailbox. I've attempted to reach out to them several times by email and phone, as well as their social media, with no response. It's been almost two weeks with radio silence from their customer support team. I would only like a replacement if possible, but not even being able to speak with someone has been frustrating. I can't even file a claim with **** because I need information from their team to fill it out. Looking for a solution is all.Business response

I placed an order for multiple items through Unico Nutrition on February 21st, for a total of $147.00. When I check the order status online, it simply says "processing" next to my order. I have been given no shipping info or anything. Since then I have had to place another order with Unico, which I received very promptly. Still no word or update on my order from February, that was placed almost 3 weeks ago now. I began attempting to reach out to customer service early last week. Their automatic email response claims someone will get back to you within 24 hours, except on weekends. I've sent them about 4 emails and 2 text messages, and have heard nothing back. At this point I'd like my order refunded.Business response

Looks like there was an unavailable product that held up the order from shipping.

I placed an order at 11pm PST. I had a 7am doctored appointed was advised against this product due to blood pressure concerns. I requested a refund and cancellation at approximately 750am and was told it’s already shipped. I still haven’t received tracking information.Business response

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I have attached a photo showing the product was accepted into USPS possession hours after I reached to cancel. I emailed to cancel at 7:05am. The product was accepted by the post office at 630pm. This could have easily been pulled from the shipment line in the 11 hours from the time I canceled until was sent to the post office.

Hi **** - continue working with our customer service representative, who has already confirmed that she is working with you on this return, and refund. Your order shipped prior to our being able to cancel it, regardless of what you are seeing within the shipment tracking details, and you will need to return it, in order to receive a refund. Trust me, if we could have stopped the shipment in time to save everyone the hassle, we would have. Thank you.Business response

On 1/4/23 I purchased 2 containers of Unico Nutritions Applo Protein powder. One Salted Carmel and one Peanut Butter Chocolate. Tracking number ********************** I saw on my order email that I was charged for 2 Peanut Butter Chocolate flavors and charged $99.98. I replied to the email from Erin A********* asking why this had happened. I did not receive a response. My product arrived with 2 of the same flavor. I did open and try one of the containers, and to my disappointment it tastes exactly like Quest Nutritions Peanut Butter flavor. On my date of purchase multiple flavors listed on the website were available and I was hoping to exchange for a product flavor that originally ordered and for one that I could enjoy the taste of. I contacted Unico Nutrition by email asking to exchange both containers on 1/7, the day they were received. I was contacted by Taylor who said that they do not issue refunds or exchanges for open containers, as listed on their website, that taste is subjective to each customer. I did not see that information on the website. I was told the only in stock flavors were PB and pumpkin Spice. I was issued a return for the one unopened container once I shipped it back. However Taylor refused to exchange the opened container or even provide an explanation of why I was shipped two of the same flavor. I do understand my product was opened, but I feel like this is a unethical way of doing business, to send customers whatever you have in stock when your website has not been updated accurately, and to not stand by your products or value your customer relationships.Initial Complaint

I will start by saying I have ordered in the past and the items ship immediately with 24 hours. The site advised that all order placed prior to 1pm will ship the same business day, and any order after will ship the next business day. There are not any notations of current delays, out of business, or out of stock issues listed on the site or Social Media accounts. I placed an order on December 10th 2022. The order never shipped. I attempt to call the company on December 21st, however the voice prompt advised of unusually high call volumes. On December 22nd I emailed to cancel my order, as it had not shipped. However, I have received no response.Business response
