      The plumbing company did some work at my house on the first visit and there was water damage to the ceiling and they claimed they did high end work-they did not. The owner came over and we came to an agreement and they fixed some sloppy work-i was willing to give them a second chance by doing some more work a few weeks later. They installed a toilet and sink and left the toilet so you couldn't even use the shut off valve and I believe they were overcharging me for parts and travel-I requested an itemised bill (still dont have one) he said he would drop the $100 travel charge. I heard nothing back except that they would fix the issue when they came back to do the shower(at this point there was no way I was having them back as they do not do good work). I checked the first toilet they had done weeks ago and it too had an inoperable shut off valve(nothing was ever said to me about that one not working. I still have not heard from them and mailed a check(certified mail) for the hours worked and what I thought was actually more than the parts (I am not sure if it is actually the correct address on their website-so not sure if they got it). I am out even more money as I paid them to do a job and have now had to pay another plumber to fix their mistakes. I should also mention that when I emailed the owner about his crappy work he threatened me to be careful about slander (basically trying to manipulate me)

      Hello! We provided finish work with customer supplied materials and rough in work supplied by another plumbing company. We usually do not use customer provided materials because they are typically of lesser quality and it creates issues. We also usually do not work on other plumbers roughed in work. We had been asked too keep things ass cheap as possible and accommodated her with all these things and whatever she asked. (We did not charge a 100 dollar fee for travel). I also deducted 500 dollars from her previous bill because she complained of sewer gas smell. She paid the initial bill and was happy and asked us too come finish more of the previous plumbers work. She asked one again that we keep things affordable and do what’s necessary. Along came the end of the day and my employee hooked up the toilet with the water connection not in the best spot it could be in (previous plumber.) He did this so that the bathroom could be used until she came back around and he could discuss with her weather she wanted him too open up the wall or not too fix the line. ******** decided too lash out on us about our bill size and our work without caring too hear an explanation or work things out. I believe this too be common practice of hers (as heard from previous people who have worked with her.) we attempted to work things out but she refused too let us fix the issue and decided to slander our company. We have elected too not take any money from her for the final bill too avoid more issues with her and now we are here.

      I hired Quality Mechanical Services L.L.C to perform plumbing work in my home. Part of the scope of work was to replace some pipes down in the basement. The pipe failed and split in half at the connection between one pipe from the next (I have attached a picture for you to see the failed connection). The owner came the next day and fixed the broken pipe. But, at the time of the incident there was no-one home and by the time someone was home to close the main water line there was about 2-3 feet of water accumulated in the basement. The owner agreed to fix the damage left behind by the water. Initially he was responsive but has now stopped answering my calls and text messages. I have attached our text conversations for your viewing. I also, have videos I would like to share of the damage but I am unable to upload them to the site. Is there an email I can send those to? I would like to get the damage left behind fixed as as soon as possible as per our agreement. It has now been about 2 weeks and I am worried because the musty smell is getting worse even though a dehumidifier has been on constantly since the incident. Additionally, there is now signs of this affecting the health of my family. Thank you very much in advance for your help with this.       Hello, I want to dispute this business, Quality Mechanical Services L.L.C. for taking my large deposit of $8K and not finishing the job and leaving, saying he will not return. His name is Evan B****** out of Center Conway NH. He took over 6 months to do the rough plumbing and did not finish with installing the 2 heaters, toilet and the drain for shower which if not done. He went into a 2 x 8 board under floor when drilling the center hole for drain. I do not think the rough plumbing is worth the $8k at all. So I need some help and advise please. I did ask him for some refund but he refused. Now I am trying to get another plumber which is very hard up here in norther NH. Attached is a copy of the inspection for the plumbing and a copy of our contract which I paid the deposit. I do not have estimate from another plumber to see what did a cost 8k on the rough plumbing done but this is a very small house, 14 x 28 with only one bathroom. I do have pictures, I can attach some to show you. Please any advise or help on this matter. I did not want to go through civil suit in court. Thank you, **** ********** ###-###-####
