1. Date of transaction: October 12, 2021 2. I paid Premier Asphalt Maintenance LLC $550.00 with ck # **** 3. Premier provided driveway sealer & cleaned cracks with hot pour rubber 4. my dispute is there is significant degradation of the rubber within 1 year of application. My point of contact was Tom D***** & I reached out to him on 9/19/22 via text. He called me on 9/21/22 & asked for me to provide name/address/estimate #, which I did on 9/21/22. I followed up with an voice mail on 9/27/22. Tom responed on 9/28/22 indicating the earliest he can see my driveway was 10/1/22. He did not show up on 10/1/22. So I text him on 10/3/22 & asked if he was going to reschedule. Tom responded on 10/10/ & asked to send him pictures, which I did on 1010/22. On Nov 1, he indicated he would view the driveway on Nov 2. Again he did not show up. On 5/8/23 I text him when he will seal the driveway per the warranty. Tom responds on 5/8 I can get you on the schedule for the spring & he would look at the invoice & see what he can do for me. I followed up via text on 6/1/23, no response. Left Tom a voice mail on 8/3/23, no response. On 8/3/23 I emailed Robbie B**** whose email address is on company website. He emailed me back on 8/6/23, his response - I don’t know anything about a re-spray but the driveway was completed and paid for 10/12/21 and the warranty is only for a year so unfortunately this will not be covered but if you would like to do the driveway again we would be more than happy to do that 5. We have a one year warranty on our seal coat, our rubber has no warranty. The job was completed 2 years ago and our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. I tried to resolve the issue with the customer but never got back to me.Customer response

Premier Asphalt continues to say their warranty is for 1 yr, my beef with them is I reached out to them 2 weeks prior to the 1 yr warranty expiring, They completed the work on 10/12/21, I left a voice with Tom D***** on 9/19/22 & he called me back on 9/21/22. See the 3 screenshots sent to Tom on 10/10/22 per his request. Tom indicated he would inspect the driveway on 10/1/22, he did not show up. I text him again on 10/3. He responded on 10/10/22. He said he would stop by on Nov 2, he did not show up. Thus all the delays they went through hoping I would not continue to pursue them honoring their warranty. As I stated I have all the texts, see attached.
