01/19/23 & 01/25/23 Brought vehicle in for a recall and just so happened to have a Check Engine Light on and car was barely running. On 1/19, they found a misfire on Cylinder #4, so they replaced a spark plug and coil pack. We drove the car home, and the car set until the following Monday which was 1/23. On 1/23 my wife drove to work and Check Engine light came on again. Returned to Dealership and was advised that the other 3 cylinders now were misfiring, so they replaced the other 3 plugs and coil packs. Fast forward to late July of this year, the Check Engine light came on again. Since I am a former Mechanic, I decided to scan the Check Engine Light to see what it said this time. It was a #4 cylinder misfire again and barely running again. I did some research, and found a Technical Service Bulletin that covered the multiple engine misfire, and advised this could be caused by an engine defect which allowed coolant to get into the cylinders of the engine. The only repair is to replace the engine. I called Ford of Claremont to advise and they said it would be 3 months before they could look at my car. Since I could not wait that long, I called Faith Ford in Westminster VT, where we purchased the car. They said they could look at it within 2 months, so we set an appointment with them. We had the vehicle towed to Faith Ford, due to it not being operational. They advised after looking at the car that the engine needed to be replaced due to coolant intrusion, which was caused by a defect in the manufacturing of the engine block. They replaced the engine. After this I contacted Ford of Claremont to advise of everything and said I wanted them to reimburse me the $600.00 they charged me for the spark plugs and coil packs, as they were damaged by the engine defect. They tried to argue and said they would discuss with management and call me back. 2 months later and no call was ever received. I called again today, and again they refused to address.

My car has been ROTTING on their lot for 10 months as it was “being worked” on. I have had my car back a total Of 16 DAYS on 10months to drive. They refuse to buy back my car, and refuse to put me in a diffuser car that is SAFE. I have notes and documents if someone can reach out I am happy to provide them. They are trying to charge me for $700 in brake work even though they haven’t moved my car and like instated it’s ROTTING.

Paid for a service they didn't complete and refuse to refund. I paid 109 dollars to get my car computer updated and maps updated. They didn't do anything to the radio, it wasn't even reset cause my phone was still in the computer system. I ended up buying a usb stick off ebay and it worked first time. They told me they tried therefore I lose my money. I don't think it's fair for a dealership to charge for no services. I told them i would factory reset and have them do it, but they can't and told me to never come back.
