I brought my phone in on August 19th to have the screen repaired the gentleman there is 2 gentlemen CO owners and one gentleman told me they'll be fixed at Friday but never did finally on aga finally on August 29th the screen was repaired 1st they "d me $250 when I got there they charged me 325 when I asked why they did not provide an explanation I paid it because I need my phone when I got my phone 5 days went by and I was went to take a self facing picture and it didn't work the camera didn't work so I Called I texted both owners 1 owner told me to come in to bring the phone in and they fixed it for free I went to the business the door was locked I waited and called i wSas texted said they would be there no one showed i texted again 3 days later asking for repair still no responseBusiness response

I am Isuf H****** the owner off ismart fix llc i am just replaying for the costumer that had made a complain on how the service went with her. i have served thousands and thousands of costumers and i am not here to get someone to make couple dollars more iv been in business for years now and i have 4.5 stars reviews on google altho she most have misunderstood the whole situation. as she said on the report that i was away on a family emergency trip. the employ that was working here called me and told me that he got that phone in for repair and told me the price that he charged here which was not an accurate price. (less then the part to buy it self ) so we contacted here and told her that there was a mistake on the price and it will be more and we gave her the new price and asked if she was ok with the price so we can order the part and she gave us the ok everything else she said on that report is not true. i am willing to work with her if she decides to come in no problem !i feel bad that she had a bad experience but the only way we can fic the situation is if she comes back here. my cell number is ********** if she wants to call me or have any questions ! im here to help and i will be glad to help ! thank you
