I ordered two products from Steve P*****, the Lucky-7 Plus System and the Cash King system on the evening of Friday July 28th and paid around $15 for fast delivery. It’s now 7 days later Friday August 4th and I still haven’t received my package. This is my 2nd time ordering from this company. The 1st time I ordered it was on the evening of Saturday July 22nd and I did not pay for fast shipping and I received my order 5 and a half days later on Friday morning July 28th. Why have the option for a fast delivery if it takes longer than the regular delivery? I’ve emailed them twice and haven’t heard back yet. I just want a refund for the fast delivery and I want the products I ordered.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction October 26th, this is the second time I attempted to buy products from Steve p***** *f opcom inc. it took them three to almost 4 weeks to give me my money back they never replied positive to any of my emails or texts all I wanted was what I paid for. Just as in this case I only want what I paid for. I spent $127.15 of that was for a two-day delivery right now it's been over 14 days.Customer response
