I ordered kfc last night for delivery. I got an email that the driver was outside. I went to check and there was no one and no food. I tried to call store but voicemail was full. I called kfc 800 number and there was no answer, just constant ringing. This was at 6pm. I got online and was attempting to text a tech agent for kfc but after explaining the said hold for a live agent. I typed ok and it came back “How can I help you?” I retyped my complaint and it came back, please hold for an agent! I’m out almost $40. This was meant to be a splurge for me and my grandkids. I finally got an email from them confirming they got my message though I’m not sure how. Probably the text I sent that ithoughtdidntgo through. I would like a refund. I can send you the order number if you end it. I found the order number. It is 7578****Customer response
