I hired Cam G****** on November 9, 2021, to fix a front door, repair some siding, repair a leak in bathroom, install flooring in a bedroom and paint the same bedroom. Some materials I had, some he had to purchase. I paid him in full prior to completion of the jobs for all materials and labor total $4,421.78. Check # **** $321.78 dated 11/9/2021 for the door, **** $700.00 dated 11/11/2021 additional materials for the door, **** $800.00 dated 11/11/2021 labor for the door and check # **** $2,600.00 dated 11/15/2021 for the combined labor and materials for the bedroom and bathroom. Mr. G****** was prompt on the first day and was not every day after that. I had to call and text him several times. The last time he was here was Thursday, November 18, 2021 in which he said he would be back in an hour. I have several texts, emails and phone calls where he promised to come back and complete the jobs and he did not. As the leak in the bathroom got worse after he put a hole in the ceiling, I had to call another contractor to complete the jobs. Mr. G****** did not finish the door, siding, bedroom or bathroom and I had to pay another contractor. I have attached pictures of all the projects, email communication and payments made to Mr. G******, along with the receipt from the new contractor I had to hire to complete these projects. I have emails from Mr. G****** promising to pay me back and he has not to date. I would like Mr. G****** to reimburse me $2,590.14 which is the amount I had to pay the new contractor to finish the job I paid Mr. G****** to do and he did not complete. Mr. G******'s lack of communication and failure to even reach out to me to set up a payment plan, is theft of services.
