              On May 15, 2021 I put a 50% deposit on a siding project (little over $18k) to side my house. I was told because of manufacturer backlog they would not start the project for 8-10 weeks. They put their sign on my property as a "project coming" advertisement. As of today, over 17 weeks later - they keep blaming the manufacturer for the delays, which makes no sense since it was the manufacturer I assume that provided the 8-10 week guidance. I still don't have an install date. By the way they only install siding for this manufacturer and are a certified (by the manufacturer) installer. I've called the manufacturer directly and inquired but they said they cannot speak with me because I am not technically their customer. All Water Exteriors in Manchester NH is the company: *********************************** They are holding a substantial cash deposit and I am worried about the stability of the company. I want them start the job.

              We had a rough time with all weather exteriors. -non NH crew (subcontracted out of Massachusetts) we went with a NH company to support NH -poor workmanship (flashing not done correctly) -a lot of “that’s the way roofs are done” type of gaslighting. When problems were pointed out. -items we asked to be avoided weren’t respected (asked our flat roof to not be walked on, soft spots, and they used it as staging ) Over all very disappointed with this company. Got told I didn’t know how flashing was supposed to look, and got gaslighted into just saying “ok” and paying because fixing items was a hassle. “It’s a 100 year old house” -yes we know. We’re trying to make it better but it definitely felt like we were judged on this aspect, and were treated as such.
