This has to be the worst system. On the phone to resolve an absolutely ridiculous amount of money they want in "administrative fees". There were 20 people ahead of me and I've been on hold for 40 minutes so far. There are still 20 people ahead of me. How is this possible?Review from Al R

Im having the same issues as everyone else. Transponder that works. All these fees and charges racking up because it didnt register. 20 callers head of me when I call. Absolutely atrocious. Will be following up on these complaints.Review from Keith S

Clown show. On the phone with them for an hour and keep hearing 20 people are in front of me. Apparently I owe $500 even though I have a EZ pass transponder on the car and an account in **. Impossible to get to the bottom of it without an invoice number. What a poorly run system.Review from Bruce P

If I could put a ZERO I would. More than 3 times I have been wrongly billed. 3 times I have complained. 2 times I have been told it will not happen again. WRONG.These are the laziest people and all should be fired and a new contract awarded to another companyReview from Kelli J

My numerous complaints with NH EZPass are the same as all of these other reviews. Online help is not helpful at all! If someone responds to an online question, there is no way to ask questions and/or counter the response. Calling takes hours to get a person on the line. Recording says 20 callers ahead at first and an hour now into the call and still 20 callers ahead of me. When you actually get someone to answer, the representatives are rude, not willing to listen to the issues at hand even after several calls for the same problem and always blames the customer for problems rather than trying to resolve.Review from Sarah J

Periodically, I am getting a bill from New Hampshire E-Z Pass. They are charging me an extra processing fee. For some reason, occasionally, they are not capturing my transponder. It is in the same place as it is all the time, and I go through the toll twice a day, but it does not work all the time.Very organized Mafia...Review from Liam R

Im currently fighting $1200 in fees over $77 in tolls. I’m in the process of figuring out how to file a class action lawsuit against them and currently in conversations with wmur to shed more light into this scam that is “ez-pass”. So far I’ve left messages twice with the governor and emails and voicemails with DOT. I’ll update this review further as this process plays out. Periodically, I am getting a bill from New Hampshire E-Z Pass. They are charging me an extra processing fee. For some reason, occasionally, they are not capturing my transponder. It is in the same place as it is all the time, and I go through the toll twice a day, but it does not work all the time. My transponder is out of state, but this should not matter. I am getting annoyed to have to pay a processing fee each time their system is not working correctly. I tried to call, but was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours, only to the message system keep saying that there are 20 calls ahead of me. Seriously? Do they only have one person working the phones - and that one person was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours with the same customer. New Hampshire EZ pass employer, your system is flawed, and it is disappointing. You seem to have enough technology to take a picture of my car and license plate, but not enough to capture the transponder. Please fix your system.
