I payed for dog training that they now refuse to do or refund two unused classes. So they are literally stealing my money. I only even want the two dog training classes I never used refunded or they come and train the dog as they were supposed to in the agreement which they are not honoring now. They now wont answer emails or calls I have no choice but to make a complaint with the BBB then take them to small claims court if we cannot resolve this fairly. I am being more then reasonable. My dog is no danger they just don't like me because I asked for a refund. They said no so I said okay come train my dog now they ignore me all together to steal my money. They are thieves. Hopefully you can help. Tanks, ***** *******

      Business response

      11/07/2021

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/07) */ This consumer asked about refunds and guarantees during his initial voicemail, our initial email exchange, and twice in person with my Trainer Becky. In all cases was explained the no refund policy and no guarantees. This is on our website as well as the contract signed by the consumer. Please see all 10 attachments. I went above and beyond by offering other options when I did not have to. The response was hostile, intimidating, and threatening from the consumer immediately and continously after that. My Trainer was made uncomfortable by their last in person exchange regarding this. Our agreement was for training to be done with the consumer and my Trainer working together. The consumer stopped participating in training after the 1st session and during the hostile email exchange stated multiple times that my Trainer would need to work with the dog alone; which is not the service he agreed to. Both me and my Trainer feel this consumer has set up a hostile work environment that put ourselves and my company at risk and that is against the agreed training program which is the reason we have not finished the 2 remaining sessions to date. If the consumer so chooses to pursue legal action we can. Thank you for your time and consideration, Eden Z*** Owner/trainer/behavior consultant Canine Karma Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That is not true I was not hostil they can come walk the dog to finish without me there. You have to either finish the job or refund the unused classes otherwise that's stealing. I will pursue legal action if forced just on principle alone. I wanted to end this nicely I never had any intention on having to go through this over dog training or with another professional business for that matter. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/11/18) */ As previously stated, the customer is welcome to finish the remaining 2 training sessions with us. However, we are not a dog walking business and will not accept liabilities of walking someone else's dog without them present. Otherwise, we must adhere to our no refund policy. Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2021/11/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) If it's okay with you I would rather you finish the 2 last classes with my mother and Willow. She lives on the other side of town so it's not any further. Her name is Evy Nathan, her email is *********@comcast.net. Is that acceptable? Business Response /* (1000, 19, 2022/02/03) */ I am unsure as to why this case was re-opened. The complaintent has yet to reach out to my company directly to schedule any further sessions. Consumer Response /* (2000, 21, 2022/02/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I was not aware I was supposed to contact them. I sent them my mother's email to schedule a appointment with her. We were waiting but I will have her email them now.
