              Hello - The date of transaction was around September 2020 and I paid $6,900 for a new rubber roof. Norton construction hasn't answered my phone calls since around the time they put the roof in, almost like they blocked my number - maybe they did block it, I don't know. The issue occurred within the last 7 months. I had water damage - water came through the roof and made a stain on my ceiling on the second floor. When I had a different roofing company come to look, they took pictures of the roof with holes in the rubber roofing and said it was done incorrectly - the layers were done so water could go into the seams (it's supposed to be layered the opposite way so water doesn't go into the seams), and they didn't finish adding rubber roof pieces to the seams so some were just open. Another thing that was wrong was the witches hat wasn't correctly sealed. Now that I got the seams fixed by the new/other roofing company, I no longer have water coming in through the roof causing stains on my ceiling. Thanks, Grace

              I couldn’t say enough good things about Norton Exteriors. They put a new roof on my house in April. They were professional and the owner was in contact throughout the whole process. I got multiple quotes and their price was beyond fair. When they were done it was everything was picked up and it was like they were never there minus a great looking roof. Anyone looking for a new roof should definitely call Shane. I highly recommend them.
