My mother-in-law hired **** in November to complete several projects: replacing siding, installing gutters, refinishing the bathroom, installing windows, and digging yard irrigation. From the outset, the work was fraught with issues. ***** subcontractors failed to connect the gutters properly to the drainage system despite **** digging up our entire property. After installing new hardwood floors in our basement, a snowstorm and heatwave caused flooding, ruining the floors, furniture, and carpets.**** refused to file an insurance claim, citing concerns over his rates. My mother-in-law had to cover all the mitigation expenses, including the electric bill for fans and drying equipment, on her credit card. **** eventually redid the floors, which took three months. During this time, our living space was barely usable, and we had five animals living in these chaotic conditions. He did nothing about the mold damage and failed to supervise his subcontractors, leading to delays in the bathroom project.My mother-in-law paid **** $40,000 in cash and additional amounts on her card because he claimed he couldn't continue working for free. Recently, we discovered unauthorized purchases on her card, including AirPods and a PlayStation controller, alongside a WiFi modem. **** does not provide receipts, he only provided a quote, leaving us in the dark about the actual expenses.The siding and gutters remain unfinished, and our yard is a muddy mess from the irrigation work. We had to complete the caulking and sheetrock around the windows ourselves, and the baseboards **** reconnected were cut unevenly. The bathroom renovation is still incomplete. ****'s lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect is astonishing. He often worked for only a few hours before leaving and not returning. The distress and inconvenience he caused us are immeasurable. I hope sharing our experience prevents others from enduring similar ordeals. Avoid this contractor and his company at all costs.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. He is a con man with a mission to steal money with little work in return. He insisted on receiving cash for his shady work and never completed the job. I could go on and on. Do not work with this company.

I had shoreline renovations do a large addition on the backside of my home. Cody and his team showed up each day on time. Overall the project came out great and worked with my budget to make it happen but didnt cut any corners. Would highly recommend shoreline renovations looking
