    Bought several lbs (hundreds of dollars) worth of seafood. Bought 1lb of crabmeat and recieved 13oz and change and I bought 4 lobsters of which were sold to me between 6oz-7oz. Not one was over 5.25oz and one was actually under 4.5oz. Lobster meat sold by this retailer is packed by another retailer and was dead on accurate in weight. Contacted business and they told me there was nothing they could do and questioned the accuracy of my scale and legitimacy of the claim. (scientific gram scale.) They didn't ask for pictures and offered no solution to the issue other than, there is nothing we are willing to do.

    Avoid this company. Deceptive prices, deceptive guarantees and bad customer care. We ordered 5 lbs King Crab then price changed at checkout, so I Canceled order before giving my cc info, Later recieved a text asking reason so i responded why then got another text with a code to lower price to match what was advertised. Legs arrived. We took out 3 out of 6 , for dinner which were dried out and tasteless. I texted Tyler stating our disappointment, he responded he would give us $25 off a future order. I responded why would I place another order when the 1st order was not good. No response to that text and a few others after that I sent So I posted a Facebook review, this worked. Taylor called me, but was arrogant and implied I don't know what king crab looks or tastes like, and that i am the only complaint he ever got on his products, he asked how to resolve this, i said it might of been a bad just replace the order, he said he wouldn't replace the order and would only credit me back 1/2 of what I paid and then said for me to use other online companies in the future. WOW This BBB post if wouldn't have happened if he acted in a professional manor where most CS people would apologize for your experience and work to make the order rite, he talks down to his customer and guaranteed freshness means I got $150.00 back on a $300.00 order that wasn't fresh or good and told not to come back.
