    I had a horrible experience having my Kohler shower installed by this company. Their sales tactics are unethical. I was lied to regarding financing, which I was pressured into signing up for. Then when they came to install my shower the base had a crack in it, which they didn't mention until they showed up. I had already taken the day off of work and agreed to just have it installed anyway since I was upgrading for handicapped accessibility more than appearance. They cut wires under my floor AND DID NOT TELL ME! After they left my lights and appliances weren't working and I had to reach out to them to ask about it! They saw my son in his power wheelchair and that I was disabled myself and STILL left me with that fire hazard and no warning. When they came back to "fix" it they left me with a giant drywall patch in my living room. They cut the curtain rod too short which caused a falling hazard for me. The shower hose wasn't long enough to reach the shower bench at the back of the shower and when I requested a longer one they were going to charge me $80 until I complained! If you are disabled DO NOT use this company. They will take advantage of you and make your life harder.

    Do not use Rite Window and Bath!Slapdash Installation Faulty shower design, poor workmanship, as well as mismatched and defective Kohler products.The Rite Window and Bath managers demonstrated little respect, were dismissive of our concerns, and minimized the structural flaws and poor workmanship.When it was apparent Rite Window and Bath were not going to adequately address our concerns, I filed a complaint with ********************. The result of their investigation resulted in the removal of the shower and reinstall with a new design. While the reinstall shower design is much better than the original, it is still far from quality ************** not use Rite Window and Bath!

    Very pleased with the installation and finish of the bathroom shower. The total experience was first class, from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be recommending Rite Window and Bath to all of my friends and relatives.

    I absolutely love my new shower. I smile from ear to ear every time in go in my bathroom..They did an awesome job putting it in. They were respectful and laid down clothes to protect my floor and cover my bed so no dust would get on it. They asked me questions on specific things like where I wanted the bars etc, Outside of that I must say I am totally impressed that they didnt forget me once the job was done. I had received several calls from Sales manager & other managers that over saw the project taking care to make sure I was happy & if I had a questions or concerns. **** Goose-******* ( the person who sets up the appointments) went above & beyond helping me with a small questions I had that was not her responsibility . They all work as a team & are about their customers even when the job is done. Thank you ****** & Rite Window.

    I love my new walk in shower. The 3 man crew was very neat and efficient. I am very happy with the unit itself. Makes life so much easier for me, since I am having some medical issues to deal with now. I would definitely recommend Rite Window.
