      The reviews below tell it like it is. A very nice venue in terms of the hall itself. Ample free parking. And the people who I have met working there, very nice and helpful. The acts they book are all very good. So why a one-star rating? Because of the absolutely terrible owner Scott. See my summary below of the most unacceptable situation I've ever experienced in 50+ years of going to concerts. And the rude, narcissistic, and completely clueless response by this owner was both incredible and COMPLETELY unacceptable. I will never spend another penny with this venue, even if they bring an all-star lineup of the Who, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Earth Wind and Fire all playing one night only together in a farewell tour. If you rescheduled "more than 200 events during COVID" as claimed, then it should be an exact science and patrons should not drive up to a dark hall, with emails NOT from the venue (and incredibly sent from an employee's personal account) in their spam folders or like mine never delivered. And to castigate, berate, and shame a customer - well, Scott, you don't deserve to be in business. Customers, please vote with your $$$ and put an end to this ** once and for all. No more Tupelo for me! ======= I am one of the folks who sadly drove up to your venue the night of 03/10/2022 to only find out then the concert event “It Was Fifty Years Ago Today” was postponed. A half-dozen other folks stood in the parking lot, and I looked at the “junk folders” on our email/phones. One found a junk mail message – not from the venue itself apparently, from an employee. The rest of us found nothing; I scoured my PC when home (an hour drive each way) – and I found nothing, even when I was . I did see the messages after the fact of checking the web site, Facebook, etc. Please forward me the email I missed and please have the manager give me a call. I’ve enjoyed several shows over the years at your venue, but this was an extremely frustrating experience.

      I had credit on two shows. One act stop touring and another has cancelled for the last three years. They refuse to send me my money for these shows. They told me I could keep the tickets on credit but because I will not comply to Covid 19 restrictions I will not be returning to the club. I purchase my tickets way before Covid hit. These guys are unethical and rip off artists. The should not be in business.

      I bought tickets pre-pandemic and sadly due to COVID the show was canceled. On 4/20/20 I received an email from Scott the owner giving me 3 options on how to move forward. 1. Trade tickets for another show 2. Keep $ on account as a credit for future show 3. Get a refund. At that time no one knew when things would change so I asked to have the credit stay on my account. Over a year has gone by and the facility is only now just starting to open up inside but has added new COVID policies that I never agreed to. I decided at this point it's best I be refunded. The owner was extremely rude and is refusing to refund me. The initial email which I have saved does not state any expiration for a refund or that I am not allowed to change my mind. He simply told me I wasn't getting a refund because I already made my choice and he was done talking to me. I am blown away by how disrespectful and unprofessional this was handled. I want my refund and I can see now I am on the list of others he has done this too. I refuse to return to his facility and I hope others do the same!

      This person was given three options and asked for a credit to be put on her account last year, which we did. Credits do not expire so there's no chance of her losing her money. This is the same as if she asked for a refund of a gift card, which we don't do. I explained to her three times that we cannot refund a credit on an account. This is just her weaponizing the BBB over a COVID policy that she disagrees with. She chose a credit and got what she asked for. We hope she does not return to our venue. Her response to not getting her way is disgusting.

      I am absolutely appalled by how this owner is responding to paying patrons of his establishment. I never said I disagree with your COVID protocols, I simply said I did not agree to these terms when I initially purchased my tickets. I have no desire to return to any establishment that treats anyone in this manner so a refund is all I am requesting. As I stated prior, the email offer that provided me with my options does not state anywhere that a refund option expired. In fact you asked your patrons to please keep the credit to keep your small business going during the pandemic. I agreed as a courtesy but after all this time, I have not seen a show of interest nor did I agree to the new terms when making my initial purchase. A refund is a pretty reasonable request when I have no desire to ever return to your facility in order to use this credit. Additionally, I am disappointed to see that after you asked your patrons to help you during a tough times that you wouldn't provide the same respect back. That speaks volumes.

      Terrible they change vaccination policy after people buying tickets and won't refund money for those who will not comply. They all block people from their Facebook page who say they are contacting the BBB and NH state Attorney's Office, they need to lose their license !

      I have supported this venue A LOT and now after my daughter bought concert tickets as a gift to my husband, they changed the restrictions to enter the venue and we can't go. They refuse to refund the cost even though they changed the terms so she is out $100. This is horrible business and I will make sure I get the word out. Scott, the owner obviously doesn't feel he needs any more business than what he has and he is extremely rude in dealing with the situation so It's easy to walk away from this venue.
