Bruce B*******, owner of BCB Horticultural Services in East Kingston, NH, planted nine (9) grasses on my property in the spring of 2022. Each cost $200 for a total of $1800. Initially, not one of the grasses grew at all. He came back and planted 9 more fully grown plants. There is a guarantee of two years on the plants. In the spring of 2023 only 4 of the grasses came close to blooming. Mr. B******* came here, cut them back and asked me to wait until the end of June to see how they would do. By June 30th only 4 plants grew at all. The other five are stumps with weeds growing out of them. I sent pictures to him and got no response. I left him two voicemails. He finally said he would “call me” on July 12: He did not call and I sent him another text indicating I want a resolution to his inferior and shoddy workmanship. To this day, August 10, I still have not been given the courtesy of a response. I want a full refund of the amount I paid him for these grasses ($1800).
