I moved into a new home in May, 2022. The home was built by Gregory P***** of Argus Construction Corporation. Immediately after moving in, I first had problems with the electrical. I was constantly short circuiting outlets in the kitchen. I had to have an electrician come out twice. The first day I used the second floor walk-in shower, the sliding door fell in on me. I called Mr P***** who promised to send his "guy" to fix it. He didn't think it was a safety issue! I could have been injured. Noone ever came so I had to hire someone to fix it. Apparently it was never put on right. Mr P***** said he would reimburse me for my monies put out thus far. I then noticed mold in my first floor bathroom ceiling. Mr P***** did come look at it and said it wasn't mold. Again he said he would send someone to fix it which, again, never happened. I hired a plumber to fix it. The toilet in the bathroom above on the 2nd floor was never sealed. I had to have that fixed, as well as part of the wall and ceiling removed, which indeed revealed mold, rusted nails and wet, rotting wood. This was a health issue. Something Mr P***** thought was COMICAL!. He stated he was the BEST builder out there! Mr P***** only reimbursed me for $444 of the hundreds I spent on repairs and labor. A few months later when I started my heat which is propane, my heater would not work. Again I tried to contact Mr P***** by phone and email, but no response, he in fact, had discontinued his phone number. My heater, and water pump to my well, had been set up incorrectly causing sand to get into the boiler. So then I had to have a whole house water filtration system installed and my water pump fixed as well as the heating system. Numerous attempts have been made to contact Mr P***** for reimbursement, as he promised, to no avail. I even had a subcontractor for him on this build, show up at my house, threatening us to find Mr P***** for payment. He obviously hired inexperienced subcontractors.
