    January of 2021, I signed up at The Zoo Health Club in Epping. After a conversation with the employee at the desk he informed me and my fiancé it was a month to month no commitment, which is exactly what we wanted since we were moving soon. A few times we made sure to ask it's just month the month correct and he said yes your all set. A few months after, me and my fiancé canceled. Which supposedly they never did. My fiancé is now in collections and they still have me as a member and charging me well after a year. Also my Fiancé posted a comment and they said he's not even in the system, and does he have the right gym. Yes he does because we signed up together, it's odd because why is he in collections for over $800 then from this company. Today i called to ask why I'm being charged and how this can be resolved, I explained to Karen what happened and my frustration she told me to email Scott with my concern. So i did just that, he came at me with I was very rude to Karen and that I bashed the gym online which is a complete lie to both of the accusations. I am totally offended by the lies. Ive had such a hard time with this company trying to just cancel this and not be charged. I looked at the complaints to see where I supposedly bashed them and of course I didn't but now I'm seeing so many with the same issues me. They are stealing peoples money. They have no education for employees or any training and I feel bad for them. It's horrible. People need to be aware of the way they are scamming and taking full advantage over their customers. All I want is my membership canceled and no furthers charges on my card. Just disgusted! I don't appreciate a business or any employee accusing me of something I didn't do, blatant lie and I have the email to prove it, along with all the google reviews where he said I bashed him and I didn't. I did write in a cancellation email today which he said I can do so let's see what happens from here on out. Don't trust words from anyone.
