What a refreshing experience. Imagine a world where you are contacted by a corporate recruiter, and rather than being treated like chattel, you are treated as an asset and with respect in regard to your time, experience and value. Being a hiring manager I have dealt with recruiters quite a bit in the past. I have never been able to figure out why, but the bar for professionalism within this industry is notoriously low. Kassy, Emerine and the team standing behind them are looking to change the industry standard, and doing a phenomenal job doing it. They value BOTH sides of the process and work diligently to understand your core values, wants and needs in order to position you in a role that seems tailored specifically for you. If you are in the market for a recruiter please dont hesitate to reach out to Kassy and her team. Cassandra was an amazing recruiter! Following my interview with Cassandra, which also included questions about my future professional goals, Cassandra reached out to me multiple times to follow up with me about the restaurant reaching out to me for an interview. Before the interview, Cassandra and I had an interview planning session, in which we went over interview etiquette and preparation for questions. I did get hired with this restaurant and I am currently in training. Cassandra continues to reach out to me via email to ask how everything is going and genuinely wants to hear about my personal success. I assume that this is how Cassandra is with all of the job seekers she takes care of. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times.Goodwin Recruiting Response
