I paid for an educational class provided by Christopher G******/destination freedom.org. I wanted to take the 1445 real estate class (150 dollars thru PayPal) provided on his website. I paid for the class in Feb 2022 and was not ever given access to the class up to the time of this complaint. I have been in ongoing contact with Mr. G****** but he refuses to either allow access or provide a refund. He stated that I have access to the class but when I log in to his site there is only one class that I have access to not the class I paid for, (I have screenshots). since this has been ongoing since Feb I text him that I was going to file online complaints but he still would not provide a resolution. Another problem that I have had with Mr. G******/Destination freedom is that I purchased his passport services. The said service includes a FOIA Freedom of information request document to be provided by Mr. G****** for which I have also been in ongoing communication to get this document from him to no avail. to say the least, I am frustrated by his unhelpful uncaring arrogant attitude over him doing the right thing in this matter and fulfilling his responsibilities but he won't budge. I asked for the return of my money and he said per his Hold harmless agreement he can steal my money which is not a mentally competent argument. beware of this guy and his services.Business response

I told the Client I would refund his money even though he signed a hold harmless agreement agreeing that we do NOT have a refund policy.
He already has access to the information he desires but he refuses to to the log in and get the information he desires. Even though we have no obligation to refund his money; once As he does what is required of him,, we will refund his money.
This BBB Complaint is baseless. I will continue to support him in his Freedom journey. He'll just have to step up his game and do what is required of him.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I do not have access to the class when I log in see attached file. mr G****** never offered a refund ever.
