I placed two orders on April 1 and 3, 2023. Then i emailed them April 10 2023 that i haven’t received anything, no updates or any tracking so I got no response. Emailed again April 12 and 14 2023 and again no reply. i keep email them again and again, and no reply. Reach out to them in both Instagram, Facebook pages and not reply. So now at this point i just want my refund ORDER #**** and #****Initial Complaint

I made an order at the end of November 2022 for any eyeshadow palette bundle and a blush palette and I purchased ship insurance. On December 9th a tracking number was created but the items never shipped. The items still trace to being at their facility. I reached out to Sugary Cosmetics via their email and was ignored. So I reached out to their Instagram account and the owners account where I was asked for my order number and the promptly ignored. So I reached out to the ship insurance company who apparently no longer works with them. This company is a total scam it’s been 5 months and I haven’t received my items. I would advise others not to purchase from them. You will not get your items and they will steal your moneyInitial Complaint

I placed an order on june 10 2022. Then i emailed them june 19 2022 that i haven’t received anything no updates or any tracking so I got no response. Emailed again june 28 2022 and again no reply. Then emailed again july 9, 14 , and no reply. Reach out to them in both Instagram pages and not reply. So now at this point i just want my refundBusiness response

I bought a product, eyeshadow palette, on 6/19/2022. Since then, I haven’t heard anything from them. I recently got an email asking to review the product but they haven’t even sent it yet. I’ve sent many emails inquiring about the status and I’ve even tried contacting them on their Instagram and their live chat on their website but I haven’t received a single reply. If they have no intention of sending the item I bought, I want a refund of the $13.99 it cost me.
