      I am one of the managing members of * ****** ************ *** based out of Tuftonboro NH. We hired Blue Moon Builders/Corey B****** Sept 8 2022. to do a job late Sept/Early Oct. After he received our deposit and time came to do the job, he would not return any calls or text and a reply to emails were slow. What was told was going to be done was never followed through. If he wasnt able to do the job we asked for either the material or our deposit back. He promised the material and just like the rest of the promises to get it to us, nothing has transpired and he is again not responding to calls or texts. We have emails promising delivery, then told we can pick it up, followed by excuses why he needed to change the pick up and again no response since 03/15. Attached is a timeline with all our email correspondences and we can provide call logs and copies of the 50+ calls never answered or returned as well as the 15+ texts read with no response. It has come to the point where we needed to complete the job and had to make other arrangements being there is no transparency in how Blue Moon communicates.

      Corey came and priced a windows and siding job for me in April with the 1 request being that the job was done before snow flies. Well Corey was very responsive and communicated well at the beginning of the process and then he contacted me and said that he needed the initial deposit for the work because the price of siding was going up and he wanted to get it on order. Well fall came and went and Corey never showed up even after multiple promises of product being delivered and that him and his crew were coming. Come mid November he finally came through with delivery of a dumpster and had a crew come over and strip the house. After the stripping the house I have not seen a crew member or Corey since, I have reached out multiple times and he yet again has told me that materials were scheduled to delivered and none have ever shown up. Corey does not even respond to emails anymore and my house is just sitting with tyvek wrap and no idea when anything may or may not happen. All I want is the job that he was paid to do done.
