A new car was purchased from the Nucar Store in Gorham, New Hampshire in April, 2022. We have made multiple attempts to get the dealership to respond to our telephone calls with no response. They have promised to deliver the second electronic key since we made the purchase and to date we have seen nothing. We also now have an electronics problem that is covered under the 90-day warranty, and they will not schedule the car for service claiming they are "too busy." Obviously, the are running out the warranty period. The complete lack of response despite multiple attempts on the consumer's behalf along with non-delivery of products and services paid for by this consumer amounts to fraudulent business practices.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17252417, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I would like to close out my complaint filing (complaint #17252417) with NuCar of Gorham, NH and Laconia, NH. The manager of the dealership has contacted me and rectified all issues identified in the complaint.
