Purchased interior and exterior auto detailing with quote of $359 plus $50 for interior 'disinfecting" See attached regarding what was included. Upon return of vehicle, I was told an extra charge of $70 was added for pet hair removal and $50 for condition of my vehicle. The package purchased was for a deep cleaning The quote asked if pets travel in vehicle My dog does not. I answered truthfully. The back seat had a few strands of hair due to taking my dog to the vet once in the last year. I have two individuals who will attest to this fact. My bill shows 3 Cats, they clearly confused me with another client See bill attached The second additional charge was for 'it taking 9.5 hours to complete the detail. I would expect an established detail business to have adequate staff, equipment and expertise to detail all ranges of vehicles and state in the quote that an SUV is extra if that is the case. They knew the age, make and model before accepting me as a client. I dropped off my vehicle empty of any belongings, neat and tidy and answered all of their quote questions properly. The interior of my vehicle was wet upon return and now smells of mold I will need to have it recleaned The tires, wheels and rims were not cleaned at all See photos of tires and rims when vehicle was returned. The interior roof and sunroof glass were not cleaned See photo These were part of the interior package I would like a refund of the extra $70 and $50 I will compromise and pay the quote I agreed to. This establishment caters to luxury vehicles and should not have accepted me as a client if those are the only vehicles they service. I have two individuals who will attest to the condition of vehicle before and after the service. I am reasonable, and asking for a refund of the two extra bogus charges I feel I was taken advantage of because my vehicle was not 'luxury' Also, false advertising of price. I purchased a deep cleaning -and I was overcharged.
