Bought a truck from them, was super happy at first with the customer service. Finalized all the paper work and then they said they had to detail it before they would hand it over. Great or so I thought. There detail crew absolutely ruined my clear coat. Obviously couldnt see it till I got it in the sunlight and now they are refusing to do anything about it.Review from David C

I have owned many Mercedes vehicles for the last 30 + years. My experience with Mya L******* was one of my best ever. She worked hard to secure the pricing that I asked for and was very professional and easy to work with. A great experience with her and MB of Portsmouth.

Buyers beware. A deal even written and signed by management does not mean a thing. We ordered a vehicle 7 months prior to its arrival with an agreement at MSRP + fees. The order was taken, entered, kept up to date on progress, a PO was assigned with our name on the order. Later vin was assigned, and the vehicle was built and shipped. A few days before arrival I was notified that they would not be selling me the car at that price and if I wanted a new market price that was up to me. My salesperson informed me then I spoke to the sales manager who explained that the market has changed and they "do not have to sell the vehicle to me." They then ghosted me for a week and finally received a call from the President of the dealership who listened to the story and said he would get back to me. In an email he decided to let me know that they were not going to sell me the car and "if i wanted a new quote, they'd be happy to provide that." Hello ******,
There was never a deal written and signed by management. There was no Purchase & Sales Agreement. We sold you a G63 at MSRP a little less than a year ago and then you resold it for what looks like a $100,000 plus profit. Now you wanted us to sell you another one so you can do it all over. We declined and sold it to a local customer that will enjoy it, and more importantly, keep it.

There was never a deal written and signed by management. There was no Purchase & Sales Agreement. We sold you a G63 at MSRP a little less than a year ago and you resold it for what looks like a $100,000 plus profit. Now you wanted us to sell you another one so you can do it all over. We declined and sold it to a local customer that will enjoy it, and more importantly, keep it.

I have a business card from the dealership signed by management stating that the car would be sold at full MSRP. I also have the emails from my sales representative stating the vehicle would be MSRP plus tax, title, and registration fee. The order was accepted placed and i have the purchase order in our name and then waited as the build was complete. Only when it was set to arrive at the dealership was, I notified that you would be requiring more than MSRP and if i wanted that new quote, you would give it to me. I understand the market has changed but a deal is a deal, and you chose not to honor that commitment.Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth Response

With all due respect, there was no purchase and sales agreement signed by you or management.
