This landscape company when they are on site at *** **** ****** ********* New Hampshire ***** ********, when they cut the grass they are dumping the grass into the buffer zone which makes my property smell because of the decaying grass. I know for a fact the code enforcement officer and Derry New Hampshire has contacted the code enforcement of Hampstead to stop this. I know for a fact that the landscape company knows they're not supposed to be dumping it because when I say something they stop. Now it's just harassment when they do thisBusiness response

Good morning,
Please be advised this is the first the office has been made aware of this complaint. We started servicing this property last year, the dumping location is on the owners property and was designated by the owner. We have not been contacted by the code enforcement officers from either Hampstead or Derry. There is a long documented history between the neighbors and the property owner (***** ********), I feel like this is a complaint against the owner but being directed at us. If Mrs. ******** had contacted the office directly we would have addressed these complaints and discussed with the property owner (***** ********) in a timely manner.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: [because they know they're not supposed to be dumping in the buffer zone. I have the legal rights to enjoy my yard not smelling decaying grass and being chewed up by bugs because of the grass. Them dumping in the buffer zone needs to stop, this has all to do with the company not the property owner. To harassment by this company needs to stop by stop dumping the grass in the buffer zone
