    In feb of 2022 I purchased a polaris RZR sxs from Seacoast powersports. At the time the Ride command (RC) accessory was unable to be ordered. However, seacoast did sell me the mount and installation for this accessory. They also sold me a camera for the system, which i found out later already included 2 cameras. I called weekly for awhile, then biweekly, then monthly about the RC. I was told they are hoping to hear soon. In april 2023, I contacted Seacoast yet again to be answered with the same answer. I talked to other dealers and they said there was nothing in the works to ship out RC to anyone. At this time, I notified Seacoast that I am not going another season without RC and wanted to cancel my order and return all parts (uninstalled). Seacoast refunded my money for the parts but refuse to refund the installation i paid. They claimed I did not pay for installation (even though the salesman and office manager both said they remember and saw it on the paperwork, and now claim i did not) I pointed out the $496 entry on the buyers order that was specifically put there for the RC install. They claimed it was dealer prep. I pointed out the entry for dealer prep ($698) which was the $496 dealer prep and 2+/- hrs labor for installation of various accessories. After numerous calls, visits to the show room and emails i received an email confirming everything I claimed except that the $698 was for accessories that WERE installed. I called Polaris customer service and was told the install times for the parts installed (parts confirmed installed by seacoast, highlighted in yellow on seacoast response attachment) totaled around 2 hrs. I sent a screenshot of this conversation to seacoast on 6/1/2023. Seacoast has not responded since receiving this email. In summary I paid $698 for installation of parts and future installation of parts. They refuse to refund the money for the future install. This company has continuously lied to me and refuses to refund money that was paid.

    Seacoast Powersports refused to honor a Facebook Marketplace ad that they had posted, which mentioned "price is out the door." This was not the case, and they wanted to add about $1500 in fees. This was after offering well below market value on a trade-in motorcycle. The former issue is bordering on false advertisement, the latter is shady business practice. All-in-all I highly recommend against purchasing a vehicle here.
