Poor Workmanship: incorrect materials used, improper installation, and shoddy craftsmanship. Failure to Fulfill Contractual Obligations:failed to supply grout; failed to install door and door trim; failed to put plaster over drywall, failed to reconnect dryer, despite payment. Property Damage: damages to the water shutoff valve, the dryer gas valve, the kitchen cabinet base molding, and walls Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: I have been trying to get in touch with the owner to resolve the dispute but he was not responsive. During his recent visit, he proposed redoing the work. Yet considering this would be the third attempt, the consistent lack of attention to detail, and the overall negligence displayed throughout the project, I opted against having them redo the work.
