Within The first week of receiving this product the right hand hinge broke, it just somehow popped out and I can't fix it. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times and they have not responded to multiple requests to have my refund return to a card other than the one I used to purchase it. The card I used to purchase the item has been closed and I need the refund to go to a different card. Despite contacting the seller and Amazon several times to resolve this issue no one has contacted me back saying they would refund the appropriate card. I can't return the item until I'm given assurances that I will receive my money back. Please contact me immediately ********************* electronics.Review from Tone R

I haven't even received item yet and I can tell I got screwed over. Amazon is responsible for this. If you're a prime member they need to do what they said they're going to do and if the company doesn't refund you then Amazon needs to. Amazon is a joke and now they're telling me I have to pay a restocking fee for an item I haven't received yet. Do not buy electronics from Amazon or you'll be sorryReview from Agata T

The seller is a thief. We purchased an Acer swift 3 with insurance coverage through Amazon. After 3 months, the machine would not hold a charge. We returned it to this seller, who refused to refund us. We asked for the machine to be sent back so that we can use Acer's manufacturer's warranty, but they refuse to send it back. We even contacted Amazon who said they can only suggest to the seller that they refund us. How is this protection for the consumer? We have been scammed out of about $750 and have no recourse to get our property back.Review from Chris B

Do not buy from this company - they are scammers! Sent laptop that did not work. They charged restocking fee of $150 even though they sent me a laptop that didn't work from the get go. I paid IT to try for two hours and work with HP support -- so it cost me another $150! They then said I returned it beyond 30 days and that's absolutely not true. They are trying to keep my money and ****** is no help. Disgusting! Business is listed in Hollis, NH.Review from Adrian W

The laptop I ordered didn't work (blue screen when trying to load). I returned it to them following their instructions and was told that I'd be getting a replacement. Then they stopped responding to my messages. Amazon has fully screwed me over and neither of them are going to refund me nor do I have the laptop. They are scam artists.Review from Kathryn K

I bought a laptop from them 2/23. When it arrived it would not complete the setup. After 2 hours with HP customer service it would boot but Wi-Fi did not work. Also the hard drive was smaller than what I ordered. I returned but they charged me $330 restocking fee. On a computer that does not work.Review from David C

Didn't realize factory seal was open when my computer arrived. Now its ineligible for return. This company will work on defective computers and resell them as "new" being absolved of all blame and returns ineligible. Noted. I will be writing many reviews.Review from Daniel A.

I was a victim of a fraud attempt by Rockystone LLC on Jan 2023. I bought a laptop via Amazon from them and they sent an HDMI cable instead. Amazon says I will get my refund. However, want to alert other buyers to beware.
