            Randy asked us for a $2000 deposit, by Venmo, on March 18, 2023 for a 175 optimax motor. He said he needed the deposit to pick up the motor. On April 29th, after 6 weeks, we still did not have the motor and I emailed him to get my deposit back. He emailed me back saying oh I have a plan please call me, which we did. He said he needed one more week. A week went by and he said he needed 2 more weeks. That also went by and he said next week, then next week. Then we told him we wanted our money back again. It has been 9 weeks and we filed a complaint for a refund with Venmo a week ago and he refuses to respond to them. I went to the Hooksett Police station and was told that they have a long history with Randy O***. I have all the emails to prove everything.

            I have been doing business with this company for over a decade. With any long term relationship there have been some downturns. However, overall, I have to say that the team there has improved greatly and always treated me with respect. In 2020, Randy and I were talking about a re-power to my old boat. With the amount of work needed, and a blown motor, he suggested trading it in for a newer boat (2006 Proline) and going with a new motor (2020 Evinrude 225 HO G2). Randy assisted in all phases of this venture. Now almost 2 years later my new boat (new to me) is still running flawless. Now with the family getting bigger, I will again work with Randy to acquire another boat and motor combination.
