Dear Rachel *********
This letter is in response to complaint #17112116.
In May 4, 2021 we sold a 2012 GMC Sierra PLU to **** ******* of ****** WA.
***** ****** picked up the vehicle & was given the original title & copies of the revocable trust paperwork.
On July 08, 2021 we received a call from ********* ******* telling us that his father (Jose) lost the original title. We applied for a duplicate title for them
On August 24, 2021 the duplicate title was fedEx'd to **** *******
On November 4, 2021 we received a call from ***** ******, saying the State of Washington needs a release of interest/power of attorney form signed by the previous owner. We called State of NH-DMV for advice. We were told not to sign this form because it did not pertain to us. Previous registered owner (******* * **** ********) had to sign the form

On February 15, 2022 ********* ******* called & wanted the physical address for the ********** so he could FedEx THE Washington State form to them. Evidently the ********** did not respond to the FedEx package. In the meantime ******* ******** passed away on January 16,2022.
Thru social media on April 26, 2022 we were able to reach out to ********* grandson in hopes of talking to to ********* son. From what we have gathered they did receive the Fedx package but believe someone is trying to fraud them & that this is a scam because the truck was sold to ***** Chevrolet in Concord, NH on 3/10/21.
We are doing everything humanly possible to help these people in Washington State & continue to follow to follow up. It doesn't help matters when the ******** call us yelling & screaming & threatening us by saying they will get an attorney, contact the attorney general & will have our bond taken away from us. If you look in our BBB records, you will not find one complaint against us in the 77 years that we have been in business.
Thank you for your time,
Darlene G****
